As you may or may not have deduced, two-thousand nine was a pretty lousy year. Two-thousand nine was, however, the year Justin Stanley and I conjured up what was to become Your Politics Are Boring, and entered the fray of blogging, coding, spell-checking, uploading, recording, and arguing. It was a good year for the little blog that could.
Your Politics Were Boring: 2009 will be released in the very near future and will feature over 150 articles from YPAB from arguably one of the lousiest years for politics and culture in a while. If your coffee table leaves something to be desired, you’ll finally have something to protect its precious finish from coffee stains and spilled tequila.
In addition, the book will feature an introduction by the founders, additional time-capsule-ish commentary on tons of columns, and lots of new content only available in this book. Check back soon for info.
